Keeping Your Trees Healthy
Except for felling, all tree surgery is concerned with keeping trees healthy, attractive and free from danger to the public. Wherever possible, all cutting is to growth points, keeping the tree in as natural shape as the situation allows. All final pruning is kept within the branch area without exaggerating the wound into another stem.
It is our goal to provide all of our customers with the same exceptional level of service, regardless of the size or difficult of the project that we undertake.
As such we take all necessary steps to ensure our customers can expect the following:
- Site Survey: Andy Chapman will visit you to discuss your needs and requirements and will recommend a course of action.
- Quotation: You will receive a detailed specification of the work we agreed in the form of a quotation within a week or sooner by email. Please contact Andy Chapman if you wish to accept the quotation a convenient start date will then be arranged.
- The Work: On the start date Andy Chapman or/and a foreman will arrive with a team at the arranged time to carry out works as detailed in the written quotation.
- Payment: In both cases an invoice will written following satisfactory completion of the works.
- Domestic: Payment is due on the day of completion.
- Commercial: Payment is due within 28 days of completion.

To ensure that we offer our customers the best possible level of service, we cover a wide range of tree related services, including but not limited to:
- Tree Surgery – Except for felling, all tree surgery is concerned with keeping trees healthy, attractive and free from danger to the public.
- Hedge Cutting – Small, intricate and large hedges are trimmed or reduced
- Stump Grinding – Grinding all root ball down to 18 inches below ground level.
- Crane Works – Dangerous, awkward and large trees may require heavy plant to dismantle safely.
- LOG Order Form – Seasoned dry hardwood logs for sale.
Please Note – ATC is CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) registered with the Inland Revenue; needed for work involving the construction industry.
